Order a turnkey website for dentistry

I create websites for dental clinics from the same ready-made website project, but they turn out at different levels. Let's discuss how to get the most when ordering a website for your dentistry.

To achieve the best result, let's identify what materials the clinic can prepare for placement on the future website.

This is what you can prepare, and no matter who you turn to for website development, these photos will play a very important, sometimes decisive, role in the design.

Prepare quality photographs

At the very beginning of my work, when there was little other content on the pages, the role of photographs was indeed key. It should be noted that now, creating websites for clinics based on ready-made projects, the importance of photographs has decreased slightly because, apart from them, the pages of the ready-made dental websites I offer already have a lot of other interesting content. But still, it's important to show the doctors and the clinic, so every time we start a conversation about creating a website for dentistry by sending the client a link to an article on how to properly photograph the clinic. Skim through it, and if you have old photos on your site, the easiest and most effective way to update it is to set aside a day, invite friends with beautiful teeth of different ages who will play patients in the frame, and conduct a photoshoot. New photos can change the perception of even your old website.

    Prepare Clinical Cases

Clinical experience and demonstration of work examples. I always repeat a simple thought. A visitor to a dentistry website is looking for answers to two questions. How well do you do your job and can I afford it.

And this point largely depends on you, but of course, seeing that my clients don't have before and after examples, I solved this problem by finding beautiful cases on Shutterstock. Now all my projects feature beautiful works, demonstrative clinical cases, professionally filmed.

And the client who ordered a new website gets motivated to launch a photo protocol in their clinic, to replace these cases with real works. It usually takes about a year to implement and get used to a constant dental photo protocol and get completed cases. About a year later, my clients start sending me their works, and I am happy to post them on the site.

    Logo

Logo and corporate colors. It seems like everyone has a logo, but sometimes its design lags behind the times. It's not uncommon for a client to send a logo and sadly note that the logo is many years old and now looks outdated. 10 years ago they quickly came up with it, drawing a tooth on their knee, and now we understand that this logo will stand out on a new modern website and look archaic. In such cases, I work out several new logo options for the client for free, and I can't recall a single case where a customer refused my offer. I will write a separate article on how to make a logo for a dentistry easily and quickly. But for now, let's just fix the thought.

A beautiful logo enhances the site. It integrates not only into the header but also serves as a separator on pages. Its design must match the level of the site. If this condition is met, you contribute to the style and beauty of the future website.

    Plan for Video Publication

By and large, that's all, but I want to add the icing on the cake. I want to note what is especially relevant right now, and that is video on the website. I wrote a separate article about what is the most important feature on a dentistry website right now, and that article is entirely about videos. People don't read anymore, they want to watch. And if you go to meet patients and start communicating with them through video, record answers to questions, show the clinic, show video reviews from other happy patients, you will do what 95% of your competitors are not doing, and patients will certainly be very grateful for it. They come to the site for information, to get answers to their questions about how to choose a good doctor among many offers and how to find a clinic offering the best value for money. If you talk about your work honestly, openly, in a video format convenient for the viewer, you don't need to be a marketing genius to understand that this will bring inquiries from already loyal patients.

Video production takes time, and when you are selecting a developer for your future dental website, you likely won't have video material ready for publishing. However, it's important to plan for video integration when ordering a website for your dental practice. Ensure there are options for video placement with autoplay, not just on click. I have described three options for placing video on a website in more detail in a separate article, provided examples there, and explained how they are used. Please read it, these are indeed different scenarios and all three are important.

And of course, I will remind you that I have created and offer ready-made websites for dental clinics that will surpass all your bold expectations, and you can use one of them to reduce your costs and get an excellent result quickly, saving not only time but also money.

Previously, I published an article TOP 5 mistakes when ordering a website for a dental clinic. It contains several more important points to consider; be sure to read it to get the maximum result from your future website.
