Stages of implementing a ready-made dental clinic website
Stages of implementing a clinic website based on a ready-made dental clinic website.
I integrate the clinic's corporate identity – logos, colors, fonts.
I ask to send the logo in vector format. If it doesn't exist, I redraw it as close to the original as possible. Sometimes I see that the logo is outdated and will drag the website down. In such cases, I offer the client a new logo, I create and show several options myself. Very often the customer accepts it and thanks for this unexpected initiative.
I try to integrate the logo not only into the website header but also onto service pages. Regular display of the clinic's logo, I think, increases the clinic's memorability and enhances its significance.
I place contacts
We place clinic contact buttons on every page; in many places you can send a question via WhatsApp or call. At the top of the page under the welcome message, near the price block, and, of course, at the bottom of the page.
Contacts in the mobile version are glued to the bottom of the screen, giving the user constant access to them, making it easy to find the clinic on the map, call, or send a message. I saw this function from a widget developer; the idea to pin contacts in a visible place is logical, I liked it, and I implemented it on all my projects.

Creating doctor pages
In one of the articles, I will describe in detail what blocks make up the personal page of a dentist on my ready-made website for dentistry. Thanks to this, it ranks first in search results, above any directories. And why it is important for every specialist to have such a page.
Usually, creating a new website motivates the customer to conduct a photoshoot at the clinic. Sometimes they update the uniform, decorate the offices, and invite a photographer. I wrote a separate article about how to properly photograph dentistry and send it to all customers. Within a week, we have beautiful portraits and narrative shots showing the work of doctors.
I usually correct these photos using artificial intelligence Retach4me, enhance the eyes, smooth out clothing, and remove wrinkles. This plugin is created for professional retouchers; it works incredibly well, automatically correcting hundreds of photos. My client sends me 300-500 photos, I run them through this plugin, which was created by our compatriot Oleg Sharonov, and return the processed photos to my client. This correction is free for my clients. Everything I do is included in the cost of the ready-made website.
These photos are distributed across service pages and doctor pages in the form of beautiful sliders with dynamic parallax effects.
Collecting reviews and transferring them to the website
Reviews are an important part of reputation, and we want visitors to be able to read them without leaving the clinic's website. Therefore, on the dentist's personal page, I created a slider with the review text, service name, and doctor's portrait.
My initial orthodontic consultation exceeded all expectations. The doctor spent a long time explaining my options, showed me digital projections of the result, and answered every question patiently. I felt completely informed before making any decision. A refreshingly honest and thorough approach.
I came in for a consultation and was immediately impressed by how thorough the assessment was. The dentist explained all my options clearly, with no pressure whatsoever. The treatment plan was detailed and realistic. A genuinely professional and reassuring experience from start to finish.
Writing texts for service pages
Writing short texts for service pages. This is important from a psychological perspective; I often repeat that patients need empathy and understanding, and in the texts on my websites, I try not to describe medical issues, but to create psychological support for a person who finds themselves in a difficult situation with their teeth. And of course, we integrate the city name into this text, which helps us solve SEO optimization tasks. Through this simple step, the website is shown more often for queries specifying the city.
Placing "before and after" examples
Placing clinical cases on service pages. We often postpone this stage because the customer does not have their own clinical cases. If they do, great, we add them to both the page of the provided type of dental treatment and the doctor's personal page.
But more often we discuss what needs to be purchased for conducting a dental photography protocol, and the journey in this direction is just beginning. In a year, this client sends me clear, beautiful, completed works, and we publish them. A good website motivates documenting clinical cases; once you conduct and photograph a demonstrative case, thousands of people concerned with the same problem will see it. This is an asset that will now forever help you. A website is the best platform for publishing work; there are no restrictions on photos with blood and no risks of account blocking. When my clients get this opportunity, they try to take advantage of it.
The main contribution to the reputation of the doctor and clinic
I indicate current "turnkey" prices.
Each medical service page has a screen with the cost. My client can go to this page themselves and change it by indicating the current price. This simple task helps them get acquainted with the builder so they can work in it more confidently later.
If they do not wish to get acquainted with the builder, I send a document where they see the list of services and fill in the prices, and I distribute them across the pages.
We often adjust service descriptions by adding important questions for the client, navigation templates, digital modeling, and diagnocat analysis.
Only one practice in your city gets the best dental website.
I post legal documents
The client scans important legal documents required by the state and sends them to me for posting.
That's it, the site is ready to be placed on the main domain
Next come the tasks whose importance is understood by professional website developers.
An SSL certificate is connected, technical domain consolidation is configured. If the site is placed on a new domain, redirection from the old domain to the new one is set up so that clicks on old links lead the person to the corresponding pages of the new site.
I connect Google Analytics, we check the delivery of application emails to the mailbox and Telegram.
We shake hands and thank each other for the good work.
